The Metricath Libra® balloon catheter is a unique, low-pressure balloon catheter used with a Metricath® console. It allows the user to quickly and accurately measure arterial diameter and area as well as implanted stent diameter and area. By comparing the in-stent to native vessel measurements, a physician can accurately confirm whether the stent has been fully deployed.
